Beth Steinberg has over twenty years of experience in organization development, talent strategy, and leadership development. Beth’s focus has been partnering with companies and leaders to help them scale for successful outcomes. Beth is the founder of Mensch Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based consulting firm focusing on scaling companies and developing leaders of all levels. She is also an advisor to Felicis Ventures, Greenhouse and Jhana Education. Beth has previously advised Rypple (acquired by Salesforce.com), Worklife (acquired by Cisco Systems), Puppet and Reddit. She has held numerous executive positions, including Senior Vice President of People at BrightRoll (acquired by Yahoo), Vice President of People and Talent at Sunrun (IPO), Vice President of Human Resources, Facebook (IPO) and Vice President of Human Resources at Electronic Arts, as well as HR posts at Nike, Hewlett-Packard and Nordstrom. Beth is very involved in bringing equal education and opportunity to women around the globe and is part of the TechWomen program, started by the U.S. State Department.
Beth holds a B.A. in psychology from San Jose State University and attended the executive program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Beth is also an International Coaching Federation (ICF)PCC Certified Coach. In her spare time, Beth likes to hike, do CrossFit, cook, make craft cocktails, and take pictures around the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a former Ironman triathlete and has completed over ten marathons.
